As a clinical nutritionist, I am here to offer you the tools, knowledge, and guidance you need to lead a healthier, more balanced life. I’m passionate about clearing the confusion about nutrition, and helping people to rebuild their broken or not-so-good relationships with food and their bodies.

Many people are out of tune with their bodies. They have no idea how to give it the fuel it needs to function optimally. That’s where I come in.

I will help you identify the underlying causes of your health issues, as well as any areas of your nutrition that can be improved. Whether you’re looking to embark on a healthy eating plan, detox, shed some excess kilos, or take your health to the next level, I’ll tailor nutritional strategies so you can achieve your goals. There’s no such thing as a cookie cutter plan. Everyone’s different, so every patient gets a special treatment. Literally.

How I can help you

In my clinic, I see people who are at different stages of their health journey. But they all have two things in common: they want to improve their diet and health in some way, and they will do anything to get there. That kind of commitment is golden.

While I can guide patients on any aspect of their nutrition, I specialise in the following:

  • Eating disorders – I am passionate about helping women rebuild their relationship with food and their bodies
  • Anxiety and stress
  • Hormonal imbalances e.g. oestrogen dominance, thyroid disorders
  • Adrenal fatigue

  • Digestive conditions e.g. IBS, candida

  • Weight loss (which, by the way, is the result of a healthy lifestyle!)

Though most of my work is done in clinic, from time to time I utilise laboratory tests, which allow me to more deeply understand the root cause of a specific health condition. We can then use the results to plan your treatment.


Along with seeing patients in my clinic (in Sydney’s eastern suburbs), I also do consults over Skype and the phone. All bookings are made via my virtual booking system. My goal is to guide you towards a healthy, sustainable lifestyle, and I hope this kind of ease and flexibility helps.
