I have to say, this icy cool beverage is probably one of my favourite healthy indulgences.
This recipe contains caffeine (coffee), peanut butter and a natural, sugar-free sweetener and of course – coconut water! – so it tastes a lot more “indulgent” then it really is!
I am loving coconut water lately, especially as a base ingredient for my sweet treats and beverages. Coconut water it an amazing source of electrolytes and hydrates the body really well, especially after a workout. There is nothing more important then staying hydrated for a healthy and happy body!
I love this refreshing beverage, especially during the warmer months!
