This smoothie is literally summer in your mouth! It’s not only high in protein, but it contains omega-3 fatty acids and an abundance of antioxidants.
Ingredients
Serves: 1
- 1/2 cup fresh Mango, cubed
- 1/4 frozen banana
- 1/2 passionfruit
- 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp greek yoghurt ( optional)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tsp stevia powder
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 cup filtered water/almond milk
Method
- Blend all the ingredients with a Vita-mix or blender of your choice!
