Making sure our liver is functioning optimally is so important for your overall health, welling and gut functioning! If you’re experiencing symptoms such as fatigue, bloating, nausea, constipation, stomach pains – these could all be a sign of a poor functioning liver. This little tonic will help to kick (gently) it back into action!

Artichokes are such a powerful antioxidant which protect our liver, increase bile flow and excretion which can help to relieve symptoms stated above. Lemon juice and cayenne pepper also assists in bile production, while the warm water is gentle on the internal organs creating easier absorption of this tonic. Perfect for any JSHealth Cleansers out there!
