Yoghurt and Mint Dip
- 1 cup five:am Greek-style Yoghurt
- 1 handful of finely chipped mint
- Sprinkle of sea salt and cracked pepper
Yoghurt and Dukkah Dip
- 1 cup five:am Greek-style Yoghurt
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Sprinkle of sea salt and cracked pepper
Yoghurt and Tahini Dip
- 1 cup five:am Greek-style Yoghurt
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 2 tbsp hulled tahini
- 1/2 crushed garlic clove
- Sprinkle of sea salt and cracked pepper
Combine ingredients together, drizzle with olive oil and serve chilled with chopped carrot, celery, capsicum and my almond and flaxseed crackers from The Healthy Life.
