Cinnabon Smoothie

 

Cinnabon smoothie

Inspired by Tone It Up

Serves 1

  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt, plain
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
  • 1 Tbs. Low fat Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Tbs. Ground Flaxseed
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3-4  Ice Cubes

Mix ingredients together and blend!

I like it thick! I often freeze the smoothie for half  an hour and  use a teaspoon to eat it! mmmm!

    Hi there! I am new to your blog. I was wondering when you incorporate your smoothies into your daily meal plan? You mentioned you love them in the mornings, but do you have smoothies as meal replacements or do you sip on them in between meals?
