Inspired by Tone It Up
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt, plain
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
- 1 Tbs. Low fat Cottage Cheese
- 1 Tbs. Ground Flaxseed
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 3-4 Ice Cubes
Mix ingredients together and blend!
I like it thick! I often freeze the smoothie for half an hour and use a teaspoon to eat it! mmmm!
