Berry, Pomegranate and Coconut Smoothie

What a perfect combo of ingredients!! They work so well together. It’s a great source of antioxidants from the berries and pomegranate seeds.

Ingredients

Serves: 1

  • 2 tbsp LSA mix/ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp greek yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup frozen berries (I use mixed berries)
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds (you can use dates/goji berries instead if you don’t have a pomegranate)
  • 1 tsp stevia/raw honey
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut/coconut flakes/coconut chips
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 cup of milk

 

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients and blend together in a blender or food processor.
  2. When you reach a smooth consistency, pour into a glass and top with some berries and coconut, enjoy!
