What a perfect combo of ingredients!! They work so well together. It’s a great source of antioxidants from the berries and pomegranate seeds.
Ingredients
Serves: 1
- 2 tbsp LSA mix/ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp greek yoghurt
- 1/4 cup frozen berries (I use mixed berries)
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds (you can use dates/goji berries instead if you don’t have a pomegranate)
- 1 tsp stevia/raw honey
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut/coconut flakes/coconut chips
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 cup of milk
Method
- Add all the ingredients and blend together in a blender or food processor.
- When you reach a smooth consistency, pour into a glass and top with some berries and coconut, enjoy!
