- 1 Cup Frozen Raspberries (I use mixed berries)
- 1/2 Frozen Banana
- 2-3 tbsp. Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1-2 Tbsp. coconut yoghurt (optional)
- 1-2 Tbsp. LSA mix/ground flaxseed (or protein powder)
- 1 Tbsp. nut butter of choice
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 5 drops stevia liquid or 1/2 tsp. Stevia granules/raw honey (optional)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
- Pinch Himalayan salt
Method
- Blend all ingredients in your Vitamix/high powered blender or food processor.
- Add a splash of water if necessary to reach desired consistency.
- Top with berries, nuts and seeds.
