Have fun with toppings! For this treat, I layered mixed seeds, buckinis, coconut and sliced bananas to create a delicious parfait.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp hazelnut butter
- 1/2 large frozen banana
- 1 tbsp organic yoghurt
- 2 tbsp protein powder
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of stevia
- dash of vanilla powder
- dash of almond milk
Method
- Blend ingredients in a food processor, adding as much almond milk as necessary to make the mixture smooth.
