My LA Workout Routine

Since I’m away from my normal workout routine at home, I’ve been completing my LA workouts at a nearby Equinox gym. Here’s my current routine:

3 days per week I do some combination of the following:

  • HIIT workout on the treadmill for about 25 minutes – jog for a few minutes and then sprint for one minute in between 
  • 2 days per week I try to do yoga or Pilates. I mix it up!
  • 1-2 days per week I take a big nature walk in Runyon Canyon

I’m also committed to 1-2 rest days each week!
