The 5 Best Smoothie Places in Sydney’s East

Smoothies are a delicious way to nourish your body especially in the midst of summer, but it’s important to be conscious of their ingredients, the milk that’s used and if there’s any additional sweeteners. Tastes too good to be true? It could often be a result of added sugar, honey, ice-cream or sweetened milk. On the flip side, smoothies can be an amazing opportunity to quickly add lots of delicious nutrients into your diet – from an extra handful of greens or a tbsp of coconut oil for healthy fats – you can find lots of these yummy recipes on the blog here.


Listed below are some of my go to places to get both tasty and healthy smoothies!


  1. Calipress

Calipress has been around for almost two years now and has grown quickly with stores in Surry Hills, Double Bay, Coogee, Bronte and Bondi. All their smoothie bases are made with cold pressed juices and blended with frozen fruit to get that beautiful thickness we all look for in a smoothie! Some of my favourites include the Green Room and Cali Berry.

  1. The Brunch Lady

If you haven’t been to this little hide out in Bondi Junction you should check it out. Not only are the salads fresh, delicious and full of goodness but their smoothies are amazing. They cater to everyone with their healthy Peanut Butter Jelly inspired smoothie filled with nut butter and berries, and also have a green smoothie with mango, kiwi and coconut water to keep you feeling fresh.



  1. Orchard Street

Don’t have time to wait for someone to blend you a smoothie? Pop into Orchard Street to get a cold pressed one ready made for you to grab and go. They have a brand new summer menu – full of organic good-for-you green juices as well as a bunch of delicious nut milk based drinks. Or try one of their Elixirs – customised by you!




  1. The Health Emporium

Bondi’s Health Emporium is always buzzing, and no wonder with the unique creations they never fail to deliver. These smoothies will get you thinking with ingredients such as beef bone broth and organic veggies! The smoothies are made with all beautiful and organic raw ingredients. Try the Wake Me Up for a caffeine hit in the morning or the Fructose Free Super Protein for a real nutritional boost.

  1. Earth to Table

This beautiful café is completely plant based with organic and raw vegan sweets and healthy meals as well as smoothies that will leave you glowing inside and out. With a mix of superfoods like lucuma, macqui, maca and spirulina these smoothies are seriously superpowered!

Hi Jessica, I believe in synchronicity so when I was guided to you .on FB I was intrigued and inspired. I turned 46 last week and my husband bought me your book.
