My favourite healthy spots in the US

What a delicious whirlwind the past few weeks have been! I had the absolute pleasure of visiting both US coasts and got a chance to go back to some of my favourite places – and find some new gems as well. If you live in any of these beautiful cities, well, I’m envious you get to enjoy them on a regular basis. And if you’re visiting, add these to your must-eat list!

NEW YORK CITY:

HU Kitchen

Jacks’s for coffee – they have the best coffee!

Juice Generation – I love the green acai bowl and the almond acai bowl. Makes an amazing breakfast or hearty snack post workout (or trek around the city)!

Westville has delicious wholesome food with the best market sides

Oatmeal features just that – you can mix and match your own oatmeal

Pure Food and Wine – the best vegan restaurant in NYC, in my opinion

Juice Press has an amazing chia seed and oat porridge, plus amazing smoothies

Just Salad + Chopped has huge, amazing, inexpensive salads that you create – delish!

Jack’s Wife Freda – their salads are fabulous, and you’ve gotta try the fish on sautéed kale

LifeThyme is my favourite health food store ever

Strala Yoga to unwind – they have an amazing style of yoga that inspired me more than I can express

Equinox Gym – go for the INTENSATI workout with Patricia. Amazing!

When I started my studies, I was drinking lots of coffee and I was eaten the wrong foods, and feel bad about it, I wasn't at my best. So I had done some research on the net but at first I didn't found advices that are for me, and then I found your blog. It was exactly what I was looking for, good advices and healthy recipes. I searched for help and tips through the Internet and found Jessica Sepel. This is seriously not exaggerated, but she was the reason why I have dared myself to eat again, to have snacks in between, to nourish my body.
