Occupation: Holistic Health Coach + Yoga Teacher
I am a full time Holistic Health Coach + Yoga Teacher. I’m stupidly in love with my life and can’t believe I get to work with amazing clients and students each and everyday!
I am the founder of The Wellness Project which offers coaching and one-on-one yoga classes to individuals who are ready to make a change in their lives. Together, with my clients, we tackle some major road blocks to living and being in your full glory! Digestion problems, lack of self-love, stress, exhaustion, little energy and more are some of the areas I focus on.
These are all areas that I personally battled with. Having always had digestion and stress problems it all got a little out of hand after leading a very unhealthy, physically and emotionally taxing lifestyle. Yoga saved me. It showed me that it was possible to feel better and even to look better. The breath, the stillness, the movement – it sang out to me and I responded! Eventually this re-ignited a passion for health and wellness bred in me from my family (my parents owned and ran a middle eastern wholefoods business).
Couple that with an innate ability to guide, coach and love people – not long after I found my calling to become a Holistic Health Coach.
Health IS everything to me. It’s not just something I hope for, clutch to. It’s how I live my life. From health. Feeling amazing in body, mind and spirit is a birth-right and it’s something I see as a non-negotiatble. It’s changed my life and allowed me to fulfill my true potential.
My philosophy is food that is REAL, WHOLE, FRESH. If your grandmother recognizes it, then it’s in my cupboard and fridge. I don’t get too caught up in fads and listen to my body instead. I’m not interested in what works for everyone else, I’m interested in how my (or yours!) body responds.
Me time – always making sure I carve out time in my day to press pause. That could be meditation, yoga, a walk, journaling. Sometimes it’s connecting with like-minded people face to face – getting away from work and the computer and instead laughing, smiling, sharing with beautiful souls. Switching off regularly. Nourishing my body and trying different things. But mostly, ROUTINE. Consistency makes me sane, whole, happy and balanced.
When I’m not at yoga I love doing the Bondi – Coogee walk. I grew up at Coogee and this walk is both filled with memories, a deep fondess but it’s incredibly stunning! Finished off with an ocean swim.
Every single health coach, nutritionist, advisor out there who is passionate about sharing true health and happiness to others. You people ROCK my world and I’m forever grateful to you for the work you do.

At the moment I love a berry coconut yoghurt smoothie with sun warrior protein powder and lots of delicious superfoods.

Oh, so much! This year is about growth for me and The Wellness Project. I’ve got an e-book on the horizons and I want to build up my video blog offering. I’m eager to study again so will be furthering my coaching and nutrition skills. I want to plan big amazing health events. AND make sure I get away on retreat somewhere like Bali.
I’m also getting married soon, so that’s a very BIG DEAL.
