As most of you know I am not a big shopper, except for when it comes to iHerb. I honestly could spend hours browsing though the website!

I wanted to share with you a few of my essentials that I always make sure I have available in my home.

  • Vanilla stevia: I love using this in my smoothies, breakfast bowls and for baking as a sugar alternative. Stevia will give you the sweetness without the blood sugar spike! 

 

  • Probiotic: To ensure a healthy gut! Always take a probiotic under the guidance of your health care practitioner, as our bodies all respond differently and certain probiotics can serve a slightly different purpose.

 

  • At the moment in addition to a probiotic I am also taking a multi-mineral and magnesium. Or if you are in Australia I really love the Mega Magnesium by Ethical Nutrients.

 

  • Gluten-free oats: essential for baking, smoothies, and my yummy breakfast porridge!
