I am so excited to be hosting a nutrition Q&A next weekend (29th April) at the amazing holistic health and lifestyle club, Next Gen.
About the day:
Come and join me at Next Gen Ryde for a beautiful afternoon that will include a nutrition conversation with me, fitness activities, delicious healthy food, kiddies activities and lots more.
We can talk all things health! I love answering all of your nutrition questions – nothing is off limits! We can talk gut health, stress support, emotional eating, day to day nutrition tips, sleeping tips and how to live a healthy life for life. I will also be selling my second book on the day and signings your books!
You will also be able to trial a variety of their fitness classes (Spin, Pump, Stretching, Body Combat etc.) as well as fitness assessments and blood pressure testing.
The entire day and range of classes are FREE, designed to show a glimpse of everything that is on offer at Next Gen.
