Ingredients

- 1/2 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- a pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp Manuka honey or stevia
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 cup filtered water
Method
- Add all the ingredients into a shaker cup with a lid, and shake to combine.
- Alternatively add all the ingredients to warm water, and mix with a spoon.
