I’m often asked about my beauty routine – specifically, what I like to use that makes me look and feel refreshed. With so many choices out there, choosing the very best can be overwhelming. A non-negotiable for the products I use? They must be as natural as possible. And I do not endorse anything I do not 100% believe in and use myself.

Start the Day with Natural Goodness

1. Cleanse
To rinse off residue, dirt and oil from the night before I use Burt’s Bees Intense Hydration Cream cleanser. It is cream based, non-foaming and soap free meaning it doesn’t dry out the skin.

2. Treat with a Mask
Once a week, or if I have an important event on that day I use the Burt’s Bees Intense Hydration Treatment Mask. It leaves my skin hydrated and looking soft, and plump.


3. Protect with Sunscreen
Sunscreen is important to wear every single day – rain or shine to prevent fine lines and sun damage

4. Hydrate and Hydrate
After the sunscreen has set in to the skin I use Burt’s Bees Intense Hydration Day Lotion. It’s fast absorbing formula leaves my skin soft, supple and looking healthy.


End the Day and Take Time to Care for Skin

1. Cleanse
I use my Burt’s Bees Intense Hydration Cleanser to remove any traces of makeup, dirt and oil from the day

2. Exfoliate
A couple of times a week I mix Burt’s Bees Peach and Willowbark Scrub with my cleanser for a deeper cleanse.  This gives me a gentle exfoliation whilst reaping the hydration benefits from my normal cleanser.


2. It’s All in the Eyes
It’s never too early to fight the signs of aging, I use Burt’s Bees Intense Hydration Eye Cream which helps to revitalise the delicate skin around the eyes.


3. Overnight Beauty
Night creams are great for hydrating and revitalising the skin while we sleep. I apply Burt’s Bees Intense Hydration night cream – it’s fast absorbing, rich and has been shown to reduce the appearance of wrinkles in 6 weeks.
